1

The house commits

Before anyone sits down, the house picks a secret server seed and shows you its SHA-256 fingerprint. It can no longer change it.

2

Both players salt it

The table owner and the challenger each bring their own random seed. The challenger's seed arrives last, so nobody (house included) can know the outcome in advance.

3

Check the ashes

When the match ends the server seed is revealed. Rebuild every dice roll, card and color right here in your browser and compare.

How the draws are made

block(n) = HMAC_SHA256(key = serverSeed, message = "ownerSeed:challengerSeed:n")
Each 32-byte block gives eight big-endian 32-bit numbers, used in order. A number in [0, k) uses rejection sampling, so every outcome is exactly equally likely. Decks are shuffled with Fisher–Yates. Rock Paper Scissors uses no randomness at all: only your nerve.
